Good evening. My name is Ben Rinehart. On Thursday the Board approved me as the new Warren Girls Soccer varsity coach.
I wanted to quickly reach out to players and parents from last year and (1) introduce myself (2) make sure you had my contact information (3) let you know I will be reaching out to your player directly to set up an introductory meeting with them at the school and (4) let you know to expect a lot more information soon from me.

I’m a planner and try to give too much information rather than too little. To start that I want to ensure everyone is up to date, accurate, and a part of Stack Team App. I have created new communication groups for the 2023 season. If you will please ASAP:

(1) Open the WARREN LADY WARRIORS team in the app.
(2) Press the cog wheel in the upper right hand corner of the team home page to go to SETTINGS.
(3) Select ACCESS GROUPS underneath MEMBERSHIPS.
(4) From AVAILABLE GROUPS select the appropriate groups.
For players that would be 2023 Season All, 2023 Season – All Players, and the appropriate class individual groups (ex. Seniors will select 2023 Season – Senior Players).
For players that would be 2023 Season All, 2023 Season – All Parents, and the appropriate class individual groups (ex. Seniors will select 2023 Season – Senior Parents).

A lot more to come in the coming weeks. I want to ensure everyone knows how EXCITED I am for the privilege of coaching these players for this school and community. I can’t wait to get started.
